Our Vision is to reduce poverty and disadvantage in our community.
Our Mission is to build a healthier, skilled and more united community, through comprehensive, integrated services.
We do this by providing activities for all ages, addressing poverty by practical means, supporting people in crisis and working with partners to get the best possible outcomes whilst listening and responding to community need.
We serve our community by providing a wide range of sports and social activities for all ages and abilities at our community hubs, Dunston Activity Centre and Teams Life Centre.
We maintain close links with Gateshead Council, and other community-based projects throughout the North East.

Collection points for unwanted items, including books, toys and children's clothing. Come and browse the shop!
Our space is the perfect place to host your little one's birthday party or another special event. Contact us directly to find out about room hire and availability.

Teams Life Centre is the new name for the old Teams Community Centre, based on Askew Road West in Gateshead.
Teams Life Centre (TLC) was created in 2015 when we obtained a 30 year lease from Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council to operated the building for the benefit of local residents.
Teams Life Centre exists to serve and support the folk of the Teams, Gateshead.
Within Teams Life Centre we offer a range of community activities for adults and children, rooms available for hire by community group and local businesses, a cafe, a second hand shop, a large sports hall, as well as several rooms of different sizes.
